Spicy Omelet Without Eggs

INGREDIENTS: 200 g of soft fresh tofu, 8 tablespoons flour, Sesame oil, 100 ml soy or oat cream, 1 tablespoon of aru powder, salt , turmeric 1/2 tsp, 200 ml of water, 1 onion, 1 clove of garlic, 20 g smoked seitan, Red chilly powder ½ tsp, Pepper powder ¼ tsp, pinch of Garam masala powder. PREPARATION: Stir flour, 80 g tofu, which previously were mixed with blender, aru powder, salt, cream and water. In oil lightly sauté the slices of chopped green onions, add the cubes of seitan, remaining tofu crush with a fork, gently simmer and then stir in the turmeric, Red chilly, Pepper and Garam masala powder. Pour liquid tofu on and then fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve with bread and fresh vegetables. If you do not like onions and garlic, you can always fry on the oil half a teaspoon or a pinch of asafoetida, which is very healthy and has a strong flavor like garlic and onions.
