Salad of cabbage, carrots, feta cheese, olives and roasted seeds

Ingredients:

200 g cabbage, finely grated,

one large carrot, grated,

50g feta cheese, chopped into cubes,

a handful of green olives, finely chopped,

50g sesame seeds,

50 g rye seeds,

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil,

salt to taste,

freshly ground black pepper,

tablespoon of oregano,

Method:

Grate carrots and cabbage , sesame seeds and rye seeds fry in a pan over low heat until golden brown. Mix all the  ingredients and you will get a delicious and interesting salad that also has a strong and refreshing taste.

Sesame is extremely rich in iron, it is enough to take 50 grams of seeds to meet the daily needs of man for this important mineral. It is rich, also in large quantities, in calcium, manganese, copper, magnesium and selenium. Rye seeds are an excellent source of dietary fiber. Of the minerals they are excellent source of manganese (2.7 mg, which is 100% of RDA), selenium (35.3 mg, which is 66% RDA), phosphorus (374 mg, which makes 47% of RDA), magnesium (121 mg, which makes 40% of the RDA), zinc (3.7 mg, which represents 37% RDA), and a good source of potassium (264 mg, which makes 13.2% of RDA).
Like other grains, rye is rich in vitamins B complex: an excellent source of pantothenic acid (1.5 mg, or 29% RDA) of niacin (4.3 mg, equivalent to 27% RDA), thiamine (0.3 mg, which makes 26% of RDA), a good source of riboflavin (0.3 mg, which makes 19% RDA) and B6 (0.3 mg, which makes 17% of RDA).
