Raw menu is not just for hot summer days. This is a recipe that will do good both in the fall and in the summer days and is ready in a jiffy. Ingredients for 2 people: ½ cup hazelnuts, 1 ½ cups water, 3 cups of diced carrots, 1 apple cleaned and cut into quarters, ½ diced sweet red peppers, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, Himalayan salt and pepper to taste.
Method of preparation:• Grind the hazelnuts.• In a blender of higher power put all other ingredients together with the milled hazelnuts and mix until you get a smooth cream soup. Mixing will make it smooth and warm. If desired, add water to desired consistency.
