quick vegetarian pizza

You’ve just arrived home from work and you want to eat something warm and fresh out of home production. Here is the way for quick and fast vegetarian pizza, but you need to prepare ingredients day or few days earlier when you have a plenty of time…..:-)

Ingredients for dough:

600-700 g wheat flour (1/3 integral flour),

15 g of yeast (fresh or dry),

salt to taste,

little sugar,

tablespoon of refined oil,

lukewarm water.

1. step: First make a dough. Mix flour, salt, yeast, little sugar, refined oil and start to pour lukewarm water into it. Knead the dough until it is not too soft. Put the dough into plastic bag and put it in the fridge. Dough will be lifted but that does not matter and so can stand up to 7-8 days in the fridge. No problem. This amount is enough to make pizza 3-4 times.

2. step: Be sure you have at least 1/2-1l of tomato sauce in the fridge.

3. step: Grate 500-600 g of cheese for pizza (gouda, edamer etc…) and put in a tightly covered plastic container or plastic bag, and put it in the fridge.

4. Be sure you have always green or black olives without pitted in the fridge.

5. Oregano.

Now, you just came from the hard day on the job and you want to eat just warm and juicy PIZZA!

1. step: Leave your shoes, go straight to the kitchen, heat oven on the 250 c degrees and you can in meantime change your clothe and wash your body;)

2. step: Roll out the pastry quite thinly, over-sized of casserole. Pour the oil on the bottom of casserole and then put the thin pastry into it. Fold the excess dough from the sides and make a fence at the ends of the pan. Then pour the sauce into it and spread it evenly on the dough, to be juicy. Put 250 g of cheese over the surface evenly into sauce and add the olives and then at the end add oregano. Bake it in the oven about 15 minutes.

3. step: Serve with good extra virgin olive oil. Repeat this process every time you came from the job and you want hot and domestic pizza.

Enjoy it!!
