Quick vegetarian pizza with old bread

Ingredients:

500 g of old bread (cut into thin slices),

2 big cups of tomato sauce,

2 teaspoons of oregano,

handful of green olives,

150-200 g grated cheese (gauda or edamer),

1 tablespoon of olive oil,

option (rosemary, thyme).

Method:

Heat the oven to 250 degrees.  In greased (with olive oil)  pan evenly distribute sliced ​​bread (not to be empty space between bread). Pour the tomato sauce over the surface. Add the rosemary or thyme, then cover with grated cheese. Add sliced ​​olives and sprinkle with oregano to taste. Bake for 15 minutes at 250 degrees. Quick bread pizza is ready to serve:-)
