Ingredients: 1 kg of pumpkin, 1 clove of garlic, flour for breading, cooking oil, salt, parsley leaves, a pinch of turmeric.  Method of preparation: You need to cleane the pumpkin and then cut into equal parts. You can choose the form of cubes or thin shapes, like potato chips. Put the pieces of pumpkin in a bowl, season with salt and roll in flour. Before that you added to flour a pinch of turmeric. In a pan put a lot of oil and one clove of garlic for aroma. When the oil is heated well, then, fry the pieces of pumpkin in the very hot oil. Arrange them on a warmed platter and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley. It is ready to serve. You can serve them with the pumpkin soup and other favourite dishes, like some good cheese – olives salad, some hot or light red sauce etc.
