Ingredients:

350 g of paneer,

2 tomatoes,

1 teaspoonful grated (pasted) chilli,

100 g of fresh cream,

1/4 teaspoon of trumeric powder,

2 cardamom,

8 tablespoon of ghee,

salt to taste,

coriander leaves for decorating.

Method:

Cut the paneer cheeseinto small pieces. Keep the tomatoes in hot water and then cut them in small pieces. Now put cooking pot on the fire and pour ghee. When it is hot add tomatoes, cardamom and fry them till 3 minutes. Add turmeric and green chillies and fry them for few seconds. Now pour the pieces of cheese, cream and salt and stir it for 2 minutes. Remove the pot from heat and decorate it with green coriander leaves. It si ready to serve.
