Mushrooms Pate With Butter

Ingredients: 50g of fresh porcini mushrooms (you can also use shiitake mushrooms or their combination), 125g of butter, salt, pepper, fresh chopped parsley.
Method of preparation: Carefully clean the mushrooms. Wash them and put them to dry. Leave the butter at room temperature to get soften, then mix butter in the blender along with the mushrooms, until you have a smooth paste. Put salt, pepper and stir in the chopped parsley if desired. This coating-pate can be immediately served, and you can store it in the refrigerator for several days. One part can be frozen and later thawed will retain its delicious flavor. You can use this pate as coating for the bread, for breakfast, or you can serve it as a spreading (sauce) along with your favourite meal combination.
