Mediterranean sabji with green beans, carrots and feta cheese

Ingredients:

500g green beans,

3-4 large carrots, cut into sticks,

150g feta cheese,

a handful of green olives, chopped,

half a teaspoon of curry,

tablespoon of oregano,

half a teaspoon of freshly ground pepper,

salt to taste,

half deciliter of extra virgin olive oil.

Clean green beans and carrots, and chop them into the sticks. Put them into boiling water and cook until softened. When cooked, drain all the water and add the chopped feta cheese, olives and other spices: salt, curry, oregano, pepper and cover with extra virgin olive oil. Mix everything well and serve while warm.

This sabji is very easy to digest and can be ready very quickly and easily. It is best to be served with warm tortillas or chapatis:)
