Originated from Brazil, peanuts has become part of many cuisines. Here’s how to make peanut butter, one of the most popular coatings in the world.

Ingredients (for 60 g of butter):

125 g of peanuts
1-2 tablespoons oil

Preparation:

Put about 125 grams of blanched, lightly toasted fresh peanuts in a blender and mix. Add the oil. mix until peanut achieves the desired density, either smooth or slightly crunchy. In this way you will get about 60 grams of peanut butter. Store it in a tightly closed jar.

This preparation is also suitable for ekadasi days. Easy and quick to prepare it can be very good with some salad and ekadasi potatoes.
