Ingredients:

400 g white flour, type – 500,

250 g wholemeal wheat flour,

handful of flax seeds,

handful of sesame seeds,

handful of seeds of rye,

teaspoon of turmeric,

teaspoon dried rosemary,

10-20 g of dry yeast,

teaspoon of sugar,

3 teaspoons sea salt,

half deciliter of oil, or olive oil or melted butter, (or ghee),

lukewarm water.

Method:

Mix together flour, sugar, salt and oil or butter, rosemary, rye seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds and turmeric, add slowly warm water and stir until you get a smooth dough. You can do this the night before and leave overnight the dough rises. In the morning shuffle the dough again and leave it in a baking pan and let rise for about half an hour. Sprinkle upper part of the dough with water. Turn on the oven at 60 degrees celsius and place the dough in it and wait for about 20 minutes to get more rise up. Then turn the oven to 230 C, bake for another 20-25 minutes until get golden color. Grease the surface of bread with butter or ghee. Crust will be nice and crispy. Wait for the bread to cool for about 30 minutes and then it is ready for cutting;) When you divide and cut bread, he will have a golden-yellow color due to turmeric. Turmeric is a very healthy spice and you can put it sometimes in baked goods.
