ingredients:

2 cups whole-wheat flour

1 cup corn flour

1 ½ teaspoons baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary

1 teaspoon finely chopped sage

Up to 2 cups of liquid yogurt (as necessary until you get a smooth dough)

Heat the oven to 220 C degrees,

Sift dry ingredients in a bowl,

Add spice herbs,

add yogurt,

Knead until you get a smooth mixture. During kneading,  send lots of love to the bread:),

Create a sphere, deeply incised and put it in a lightly oiled baking dish.

Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes. It is necessary to check after 30 minutes, with toothpick.
