Try this tasty beverage that will easily replace any meal.

It contains an abundance of nutrients – fiber, vitamins and minerals – it will speed up your digestion, cleanse the body and give you a feeling of satiety.

And, it is very tasty.

ingredients:

2 pears,
1 avocado, cleaned,
1 ½ cups of fresh spinach,
2.5 dcl of water,
2 teaspoons of grated ginger,
1 ½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice,
10-20 mint leaves (optional).

Combine all ingredients in food processor and drink immediately.
