Healthy Breakfast – Buckwheat With Fruit And Cinnamon

Ingredients (for 4 people):

 

4 dl of water

1 cup of buckwheat

½ teaspoon of Ceylon  cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla powder

½ dl of almond milk (or the other you use)

Dried fruits – dates, figs, plums

1 banana – sliced

1 apple – grated

Nut fruit: almonds, pistachios – as desired

 

Optional:

 

1 teaspoon of chia seeds

1 teaspoon of wool seeds

 

Preparation:

Pour the water and the buckwheat into the bowl, add cinnamon and vanilla and boil it. Cover the bowl, reduce the fire and let it cook for about 10 minutes, with occasional stirring. When the buckwheat boiled (you will notice that it is softened and that it has filled all the liquid), add the almond’s milk and let it cook a little more, uncluttered.

Add the chia seeds (if you use them).

Mix until you get a uniform, thick mixture. Get off the fire.

You can immediately add banana, apples, dried fruits and nuts and mix them into casserole.

You can also leave the mash for the first time for 10 minutes to cool and then mix the remaining ingredients.

At the end, you can add honey.
