Green peppers with Cheese

*for 3 people

Ingredients:

6 large green peppers,

600 g fresh paneer cheese,

1 cup of sour cream,

1/2 teaspoon of turmeric,

1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper,

1/4 teaspoon of asafoetida,

pinch of curry,

salt to taste,

refined oil.

Method:

Remove stems and seeds from green peppers. Crumble cheese with fork, add turmeric, ground black pepper, asafoetida, curry, salt and mix well. Stuff the peppers. Oil an ovenproof dish, stand the stuffed peppers upright. Put some sour creame on top of each pepper. Bake in a hot oven , 250 degrees Celsius, for about 15 minutes. It is ready to serve. It is best to serve hot.:-)
