Gluten Free Pancakes

For all sensitive to gluten and those who just like to try new, healthy flavors. Pancakes without gluten. Tasty and good for your digestion.
Recipe for 3-4 persons:
Ingredients: 1.5 cups of fine rice flour, ½ cup buckwheat flour, 1 cup flour, of chestnut, 2 cups milk, 1 cup of mineral water, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon, a pinch of turmeric, 2 tablespoons oil.
Method of preparation: Mix the dry ingredients, flour and spices. Add the milk and water. Gently mix by hand, and then two minutes mix with blender. Finally, add oil. Heat a skillet for pancakes, add a few drops of oil and bake pancakes. These pancakes are particularly delicious with savory fillings.
