Fruit vitamin drink for immunity

1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
100g chopped pineapple (fresh or canned)
1 banana
1 kiwi
half a cup of water
juice from one lemon
1 tablespoon honey
ginger, thumb-sized, chopped
