Fritters Of Vegetables And Tofu Cheese

Required Ingredients:

1 cup of oatmeal (tiny),
boiled water,
1/2 teaspoon of salt,
250gr tofu cheese,
1 bigger, tiny grated, carrot,
1 teaspoon of vegetable spices (available in health food stores),
1 tsp of basil and a little pepper,
finely chopped parsley.

Cut it on the “bigger” slices, marinate it in soy sauce and then fry it shortly on one side and on the other side with a little oil. After that, cool it and smash into the mixer. Of course, instead of the tofu cheese, you can use the white cow cheese, one which you can cut into slices. The method of preparing is the same as with tofu cheese.

Preparation:

Pour the boiling water over the oat flakes. Cool the oat flakes by stirring them occasionally. Add all the other ingredients and form desired shapes in between the palms. Fry them on the 2-3 tablespoons of cold-pressed sunflower oil on both sides.
