Ingredients:

2 tablespoons sesame seeds,

2 tablespoons sunflower seeds,

2 tablespoons of barley seeds,

2 tablespoons rye seeds,

handful of green olives, finely chopped,

100g smoked tofu or cheese, chopped into small cubes, (optional)

pinch of fresh or dry parsley,

1 teaspoon of oregano,

extra virgin olive oil,

salt to taste (i use black salt),

pinch of freshly ground black pepper,

1/2 teaspoon of curry powder, (or any masala, sabji masala, garam masala, etc.)

1/2 teaspoon of curcuma (turmeric),

pinch of dry chilli powder (optional, if you like it hot;-))

Method:

Fry in an oiled pan sesame, sunflower, barley and rye seeds until they get golden colour. Add salt, freshly ground black pepper, curry powder, turmeric and pinch of dry chilli powder. Put all the ingredients together with cheese and olives in a glass jar, add dry parsley and oregano and mix well all together. At the end pour the extra virgin olive oil until it covers all the ingredients. You can use it as a dressing for salads or as a main dish with chapatis, bread, etc…
