Cranberry sweet balls


200 g of butter,
50 g coconut,
300 g ground biscuits,
100 g cranberries,
50 g of ground sugar,
grated rind of one orange.

For Rolling:

100 g coconut.
Leave butter to soften at room temperature and then mix him with the sugar to become little foamy.
Add crushed cookies, cranberries, coconut and grated orange rind.
If necessary, add a little warm water to obtain a nice mixture for molding or a little orange juice, but be careful to not be taken over the orange taste.
Make walnut-sized balls, roll in coconut and leave in a cool place to be tightened.
It is ready to enjoy!!;-))
