Ingredients: 250 grams of green beans, 2 big tomatoes, cooked corn beans, two fried seitan,1 vegetable tofu , 1/2 cucumber, 10 olives, 5 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, pepper, salt, ginger, turmeric. Method of preparation: Cleaned and peeled green beans cook in salted water. Cooked beans drain and leave to cool. Drain cooked corn beans. Tomatoes and unpeeled cucumber cut into slices and also olives cut into halves. Roasted seitan cut into smaller pieces and fry quickly in a pan. Tofu with vegetables cut into slices and also quickly fry, all in olive oil. Put at the plate all the ingredients for the salad. From soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, pepper, ginger and turmeric make the dressing, and pour over the salad on a platter. With this salad can be served toasted bread or fresh bread rolls. You can make some variations with other vegetables for this salad.
