Ingredients :

Make 400 g of fresh cheese out of milk, take all water out and make it soft and dry,

2 green chilies,

1 pinch baking soda,

salt to taste,

2 teaspoonful of cumin seed, fry and grind into powder,

1 big spoonful of white flour,

ghee or oil for frying.

Method:

Mix all the spices, flour and cheese and turn them like a ball, put ghee or oil in afrying pot and dip fry the cheese balls until they are brown.
