To prepare this dish, the following ingredients will be required:

1 cauliflower
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
300 ml Greek yogurt (you can replace it with a thick yogurt)
a lot of lemon juice
1 tablespoons of cumin
1 teaspoon of crushed garlic
1 teaspoon curry powder
0.5 teaspoons of pepper
2 teaspoons of salt (i use Himalayan salt).

Preparation:

Heat the oven to 200 degrees C and cover the pan with olive oil (you can also use baking paper).

Wash the cauliflower well and remove the green leaves from it.

Mix the yogurt in lemon juice, add the chopped, white onion, curry, pepper, and salt. Mix everything well.

Dip the cauliflower, previously cooked, in the prepared marinade.

Bake it in the oven for 30-40 minutes. The marinade will create a nice crunchy crust on the surface of the cauliflower.

Take it out of the oven, cool for ten minutes and serve with green salad.
