Baked pasta with cheese

Ingredients:

400 g pasta without eggs (or corn pasta, gluten free),

a handful of green olives, chopped,

50g soy flakes,

a pinch of dried rosemary

100g feta cheese

150g cheddar cheese, grated,

half a teaspoon of curry,

half a teaspoon of turmeric,

pinch of asafoetida,

a pinch of dried parsley

teaspoon oregano

a little olive oil,

a little butter,

1.5 dl of boiling water,

salt to taste.

Cook the pasta, rinse with cold water and let it drip into strainers. In a wok heat the olive oil, add rosemary, asafoetida, chopped olives, and after a few seconds, add hot water. Pour the soy flakes and after a few moments, add feta cheese. Mix well. Add, curry, turmeric, salt, parsley, stir and remove from heat. Mix the pasta and sauce with soy and feta cheese. Preheat oven to 250 degrees c. Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Pour the pasta into the ovenproof dish and place in oven to bake for 30 minutes. After 30 min. sprinkle grated cheddar cheese over pasta, sprinkle with a tablespoon of oregano and put into the extinguished oven for another 10 minutes. Serve warm and drizzle with ketchup, if desired.
