Pakora, along with Samosa, is favorite salty snack in India. These are the pieces of vegetables, immersed in a fine spicy batter and fried until golden and crispy. Ideal for appetizers and picnic.

Make them of this vegetables; cauliflower, zucchini, peppers, etc… is not necessary to boil vegetables.

Ingredients:

vegetables of your choice, cut into bite-size (cauliflower on larger flowers),

Dough for dipping vegetables:

300 g flour ,

half a teaspoon of baking powder,

2 teaspoons of salt,

sweet pepper,

curry spices and turmeric,

pepper or chilli,

about half a liter of cold water or as much as you need to make a smooth and fine batter (you can add a little milk),

you can add sesame seeds, flax seeds.

Method:

Mix all ingredients in a bowl for the dough to get a fine mixture for dipping vegetables. The dough should be thick but not too much.

Cut the vegetables and slightly season with salt . Put on fire oil for deep frying. Dip the pieces of vegetables in batter and put them  fry in hot oil. Fry and turn on medium heat until golden brown. Put on a drain on paper towel.
