Risotto with artichokes

Ingredients: 300 grams of rice, 6 artichokes, 1 clove garlic, 8 tablespoons of olive oil, 80 grams of butter, salt, pepper, 25 grams of Parmesan cheese. Method of preparation: Wash hardest artichoke leaves and then they break out. In bowl put oil, butter and garlic. Fry the artichokes in the fat, add a few tablespoons of water or broth to get artichokes stewed. After 10 minutes, add the rice and let it boil. Pour a little water or broth. If desired, add at the end some spice, curry, turmeric, etc., and pour with the parmesan cheese.

Stew of artichokes
